Many parts of the DC web site (www.dc.gov) only show pdf and other documents inside a frame where the top and left menus are still available. On some sites (such as the DDOT) these frames take up more than half the screen and little is left to read the text of the document. So, I download them and make them available here. Each is presented in a separate full page so hold down control or shift or whatever to allow the new page to pop-up if you have a pop-up blocker.
